Cultural Immersion
Drive through the most impressive historical parts of Lisbon: Edward 7th Park, Marques de Pombal square, the Avenida da Liberdade, the most important avenue in Lisbon, famous for its high-end shops. Next to it is the Rossio Square, the National Theater and the famous Nicola café. This square is one of the liveliest places in Lisbon. Next, visit the Plaza de Figueira with its picturesque houses and great view of the Castle of San Jorge. From Figueira Square, you will see the elegant Rua Augusta pedestrian street that, through an Arc de Triomph, enters the Plaza del Comercio. Because the city is surrounded by hills, there are several viewpoints that offer beautiful panoramic views of Lisbon from different perspectives. The most spectacular can be found from the walls of the castle of Sao Jorge (Entrance Included). Continue to Discoveries Quarter of Belem, from which the Portuguese Caravels sailed off to the epic maritime discoveries. Continue your tour on foot to Belem & Jeronimos Monastery. Visit Jerónimos Monastery, a remarkable piece of architecture part of Portuguese culture and identity and Tower of Belem (Entrance to the Monastery included).
