Dr. Odden's lifelong interest in different ways of life and his decision to become an anthropologist were motivated by the 15 months he spent studying abroad in Germany and the Czech Republic as an undergraduate. He has since spent considerable time living, working, and conducting research in many parts of the world, especially in the South Pacific. He's excited to bring overseas experiences to PFW students.
